General Terms

All bets placed on 1win are settled using official data supplied by the platform’s authorized results provider. Winnings are calculated according to the final confirmed outcome of each event.

Players should review settled bets and credited winnings. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted within 10 days of the result becoming available. The request should include the account number, event details, stake amount, selected market, odds, and the reason for the claim.

A bet is considered successful only if all selected outcomes are correctly predicted. Betting markets, odds, handicaps, and maximum stake limits may change before a new bet is placed. Once a wager has been accepted by 1win, its conditions remain unchanged.

If a bet is placed after the result of an event is already known, or if incorrect odds or technical errors are identified, 1win may declare the bet void and settle it at odds of 1.00, returning the original stake.

Differences in the spelling or translation of team names, player names, competitions, or venues do not affect bet settlement. Such information is provided for reference only.

Where suspicious betting activity, match manipulation, or integrity concerns are identified, betting on the affected event may be suspended until an official investigation is completed. If manipulation is confirmed, related bets may be voided and settled at odds of 1.00.

1win reserves the right to close an account and cancel bets if there is evidence that a player had prior knowledge of an event outcome or otherwise violated the betting rules.

The official version of the Terms and Conditions is published in English. Translated versions are provided for convenience only and do not replace the original English text.

General Betting Rules

Bets may be placed only on events and markets available in the current 1win betting line. The platform may change odds, maximum stake limits, or market availability at any time before a bet is accepted. Individual betting limits may also be applied without prior notice.

Once a bet has been confirmed and registered on the server, it becomes final and cannot be modified or cancelled, except in situations specifically described in these Terms. Bets are accepted only if sufficient funds are available in the account balance. The stake is deducted immediately after confirmation, while any winnings are credited after settlement.

Pre-match bets must be placed before the actual start of an event. Bets placed after the event has started may be declared void and settled at odds of 1.00, except for live betting markets, which remain valid during the event.

If a market qualifies for a refund, the bet is settled at odds of 1.00. For accumulator bets, refunded selections are also calculated at 1.00, while the remaining selections remain active.

Incorrect settlements caused by result corrections or technical issues may be recalculated. If a recalculation results in a negative account balance, further betting may be restricted until the balance is restored.

Events are considered postponed or cancelled only after confirmation from official sports organizations or other recognized sources. Bets may also be voided if false information was provided during betting, if the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or if an event is postponed for more than 72 hours.

When an event is interrupted, markets with already determined outcomes are settled immediately. All other unsettled markets remain pending for up to 48 hours. If the event is not completed within this period, unsettled bets are refunded at odds of 1.00, unless different sport-specific rules apply.

Bet Types

Single Bet – A wager placed on one outcome. The payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the selected odds.

Accumulator Bet – A wager combining multiple independent selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to be successful. If one selection loses, the entire accumulator loses.

Betting Markets

Match Result – Bets on the home win (P1), draw (X), or away win (P2), as well as double chance markets (1X, 12, X2).

Handicap – A virtual advantage or disadvantage applied to a team or participant before determining the final result. If the adjusted result is a draw, the bet is refunded at 1.00.

Total – Bets predicting whether the total number of goals, points, or other statistics will be over or under the specified line. If the final result exactly matches the line, the stake is refunded.

Asian Handicap and Asian Total – Markets divided into two equal parts using quarter-point lines (0.25, 0.75, etc.), with each half settled independently according to the nearest standard handicap or total.

Additional betting markets, including qualification, tournament position, team statistics, and other special bets, may be available depending on the competition.

Live Betting

Live betting allows wagers to be placed after an event has started. Both single and accumulator live bets are supported. Once accepted, live bets cannot be edited or cancelled. Live odds may change rapidly throughout the event, and the platform is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in live score displays.

Event Results

Bet settlement is based on official event results. If an official result is corrected because of an administrative decision, protest, appeal, or disqualification after the event has been completed, 1win settles all bets according to the result that was officially published at the time the event ended.

If discrepancies exist between different information sources, settlement may be temporarily delayed until the official result is confirmed. Errors in event schedules, participant names, competition titles, or venue information do not affect the validity of accepted bets.

Special rules apply to postponed matches, player withdrawals, tennis events, team lineup changes, doubles matches, and venue changes. Unless stated otherwise, events that cannot be completed according to the applicable betting rules are settled at odds of 1.00. In situations not specifically covered by these Terms, the final settlement decision is made by 1win in accordance with its betting rules.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds must be deposited into the account before placing any bets. By making a deposit, the account holder confirms that all funds originate from legal sources and that payment transactions will not be disputed, reversed, or cancelled after completion.

Deposits are accepted only from payment methods registered in the account holder’s own name. Payments made by third parties, including friends, relatives, or business partners, are not permitted. If third-party funding is detected, winnings may be voided and the account may be restricted.

Cash payments are not accepted. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment providers and financial institutions. Additional terms imposed by payment providers may also apply where they do not conflict with these Terms.

Any fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions may result in account suspension, cancellation of payments, confiscation of winnings, or recovery procedures. Positive account balances may also be used to settle outstanding amounts owed to the platform.

The gaming account is not a bank account. Funds held in the account do not earn interest and are not covered by deposit insurance or similar financial protection schemes.

Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are available only after all deposited funds have successfully passed payment verification and any required account checks have been completed. Identity verification may be requested, particularly for larger withdrawal amounts. Verification may include a government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

The withdrawal function becomes available only after wagering 100% of each deposited amount in sports betting or eligible casino games.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the selected payment method and verification status. Smaller withdrawals may be completed within 1 to 60 minutes, while larger requests are generally processed within 5 business days. Depending on banking systems or payment providers, additional processing delays of up to 3 business days may occur.

Requests involving unusually large winnings may be subject to individual withdrawal limits determined by the platform.

Fees and Currency

Withdrawal fees may apply if deposited funds have not been used for betting or gaming activity. Currency conversion between fiat currencies and supported digital assets is performed using publicly available market exchange rates at the time of the transaction. Due to normal market fluctuations, exchange rates may vary during the conversion process. The platform does not provide banking, currency exchange, or investment services.

Responsible Gambling

Self-Assessment

Customers are encouraged to periodically assess their betting habits. Indicators that may suggest problematic gambling behaviour include:

  • betting with funds needed for essential living expenses;
  • increasing bet amounts in an attempt to recover previous losses;
  • inability to stop betting despite the intention to do so;
  • neglecting personal, professional, or family responsibilities due to betting activity;
  • borrowing money or selling assets to fund betting.

Customers who recognise any of these patterns are advised to use the account control tools available on the platform or to seek assistance from a professional support organisation.

Account Control Tools

1win provides customers with access to tools designed to support responsible betting behaviour. Available controls include:

  • Deposit Limits: customers may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount deposited into their account;
  • Betting Limits: restrictions may be applied to the total amount wagered within a defined period;
  • Session Limits: customers may limit the duration of their active sessions on the platform;
  • Self-Exclusion: customers may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform, during which account access and all associated services are suspended.

Requests to activate these tools should be submitted through the account settings or via customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the designated exclusion period.

Support and Assistance

Customers seeking professional assistance for gambling-related concerns are encouraged to contact recognised support organisations. The following resources are available to individuals in India:

  • iGaming India (iGI): an industry body that promotes responsible gaming standards and supports consumer awareness initiatives in the Indian market;
  • Gamblers Anonymous India: a fellowship programme supporting individuals affected by compulsive gambling through peer-led group sessions;
  • Vandrevala Foundation Helpline: a 24-hour mental health helpline operating in India, reachable at 1860-2662-345, providing support for individuals experiencing gambling-related distress.

Customers under the age of majority are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. 1win recommends that account holders with dependants use available parental control software to prevent underage access to betting services.

Anti-Money Laundering

The 1win platform operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. All customers are subject to the AML policy as a condition of using the platform’s services.

Legal Obligations

1win is legally obligated to prevent the use of its platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other form of financial crime. These obligations are fulfilled through a combination of identity verification procedures, transaction monitoring systems, and internal compliance controls.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All customers are required to complete identity verification as part of the account registration process or at any subsequent stage determined by 1win’s compliance team. The verification process may include:

  • submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document;
  • proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months;
  • verification of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals;
  • source of funds documentation, where required by the level of account activity.

Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have access to financial services restricted until the required documentation is provided and assessed.

Transaction Monitoring

1win employs automated and manual monitoring systems to review transactional activity across all accounts. Monitoring parameters include, but are not limited to:

  • unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns inconsistent with the customer’s stated profile;
  • frequent transactions at or near defined thresholds;
  • rapid cycling of funds between deposit and withdrawal without corresponding betting activity;
  • use of multiple payment methods or accounts by the same individual.

All flagged activity is reviewed by the compliance team. Where reasonable grounds for suspicion are identified, the matter will be escalated in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Suspicious Activity Detection and Reporting

Where 1win’s compliance procedures identify activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorism financing, or related financial crime, the platform is obligated to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the relevant financial intelligence authority. The existence or content of such a report will not be disclosed to the customer concerned, in accordance with legal obligations relating to tipping-off.

Consequences of Policy Violations

Customers found to be in breach of 1win’s AML policy, or whose activity is identified as suspicious under applicable legal standards, may be subject to the following:

  • immediate suspension of account access;
  • restriction or freezing of account funds pending investigation;
  • permanent account closure;
  • reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
  • forfeiture of funds where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

1win cooperates fully with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units in all matters related to AML and CTF compliance. Customers are advised that funds associated with confirmed or suspected financial crime will not be released pending the conclusion of any applicable legal process.

Firewall systems and network security controls are used to monitor traffic, prevent unauthorized access, and reduce exposure to known vulnerabilities. Security systems are regularly updated to address emerging threats.

Payment providers, identity verification services, and other technology partners handling customer data are required to follow recognized security standards. All external service providers operate under contractual data protection obligations, and their security practices may be reviewed where appropriate.

Internet Security

Although industry-standard safeguards are applied, no internet connection or electronic storage system can guarantee complete protection against every possible security risk. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to reduce these risks and protect customer information.

Customer Responsibilities

Account security also depends on the user. Devices should be protected with current security software, accessed through trusted internet connections, and account credentials should never be shared with third parties. Any loss resulting from inadequate protection of personal devices or login details remains the responsibility of the account holder.
